Le Verger,
home of Robin and Lorna Ogg from the West of Scotland, nestles
at the crossroads of the Alps and, with its sloping garden of fruit trees, offers calm
and tranquillity with only the burble of the tumbling stream or gentle harmony of cowbells to
disturb one’s reverie.
Many of the original features of this 19th century farm have been
retained during its renovation into the wonderful home it is now. |

|
| In sharp contrast, ten
minutes drive away, the bustling town of Albertville offers a plethora of shops, bars &
restaurants, a theatre, cinema, Olympic pool and skating rink. |
|
| Enjoy an aperitif
in front of a roaring log fire or on the balcony where the views of snow capped mountains
are superb. Dinner is available on request; Lorna likes to use regional recipes using
Savoyard produce bought at the local market. Guests also have the option of DIY BBQ
in the garden. |

|
| Each large bedroom has its
individual character and the house offers a variety of accommodation including renting the whole house |
|
|
| A Finnish log cabin in
the garden offers a sauna and jacuzzi to relax and refresh you both physically and mentally. |
